James Adam
James Adam serves as Vice President of Safety Solutions & Strategic Partnerships at Innovative Safety Solutions, where he leads operational strategy, safety training development, and client partnerships across industrial, corporate, and high-risk environments. With decades of experience spanning protective services, emergency response, and occupational safety, he specializes in building practical, real-world programs that strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and prepare teams to perform confidently under pressure.
A former firefighter, EMT, and tactical defense instructor, James has trained military units, law enforcement, and industrial workforces in risk awareness, emergency preparedness, confined space planning, fall protection, and workplace violence prevention. Known for his calm, hands-on leadership style and results-driven approach, he helps organizations create safer, more resilient operations through training that is clear, actionable, and immediately effective.

Joseph Hamm
Joseph Hamm joined Innovative Safety Solutions Inc. in 2020. Before joining ISS, Joseph was an Independent Consultant in the O&G industry where he served companies like Anadarko & Occidental Petroleum. He started his career at PSC, now a part of Clean Harbors as an HSE location manager & holding numerous positions during his tenure. Prior to joining ISS Joseph has worked & consulted with many companies across multiple industries. Joseph holds a membership to the Board of Certified Safety Professionals holds the CSP designation.

Myron Karin is an EMT-certified and Mountain Rescue–certified safety professional with real-world emergency response experience. He brings frontline medical and technical rescue expertise into every safety solution, helping organizations prepare for critical moments when performance matters most. Known for being trusted, proactive, and detail-driven, Myron goes beyond providing safety services—delivering confidence, operational readiness, and lasting peace of mind.
