Richard (“Rick”) Joseph Faletti, CSP
Rick loves helping people. His lifelong mission is to make the world a better place to live, work, and play. We live in a broken world, people getting hurt at work, damaged mentally at home, and unappreciated by their employers. Our mission at ISS is to help this world! We see the true potential, and with help from people like Rick, we know we can FIX THIS WORLD. Joseph Hamm
Joseph Hamm joined Innovative Safety Solutions Inc. in 2020. Before joining ISS, Joseph was an Independent Consultant in the O&G industry where he served companies like Anadarko & Occidental Petroleum. He started his career at PSC, now a part of Clean Harbors as an HSE location manager & holding numerous positions during his tenure. Prior to joining ISS Joseph has worked & consulted with many companies across multiple industries. Joseph holds a membership to the Board of Certified Safety Professionals holds the CSP designation.

Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid training to businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the DFW Metroplex. Their motto is “Helping People Help People” with the goal of empowering students to actually take action in a real emergency.
